Shipping depends on the piece and where it is going.
Many RW products are produced to order. Production time, available shipping methods, destinations, and delivery estimates can vary by product and delivery address. The options and estimate shown at checkout are authoritative for your order.
Tracking
When tracking is available, it will be sent to the email used at checkout after the order ships. Carrier scans can take time to appear after a label is created.
Address changes
Check your delivery information before placing your order. If something is wrong, contact us immediately. Once production or shipment has begun, an address change may not be possible.
International orders
International availability depends on the product and destination. Customs duties, taxes, or import fees may be charged by the destination country and are the customer's responsibility unless checkout states otherwise.
