Shipping Policy


At RW by RoofWise, every order is made to order and crafted with care. Below is everything you need to know about shipping, delivery, and order fulfillment.

Where We Ship

We currently ship to most countries worldwide. However, certain countries or regions may have shipping restrictions that prevent delivery.

If your location isn't available at checkout, we're unfortunately unable to ship there at this time.


Order Processing

All RW by RoofWise apparel is made to order.

Production typically begins shortly after your order is placed. Processing times vary depending on demand but generally take several business days before your order ships.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email.


Estimated Shipping Times

Shipping times begin after production is complete and are estimates only.

Shipping Method Estimated Delivery
Express International Approximately 5 business days
Special Line Shipping Approximately 10 business days
Standard Shipping Approximately 25 business days

Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary due to customs, weather, carrier delays, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.


Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on:

  • Delivery location
  • Package weight
  • Shipping method selected

Tracking Your Order

Every shipment includes a tracking number.

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive an email with tracking information so you can monitor your delivery.


Incorrect Shipping Address

Please review your shipping information carefully before placing your order.

If you notice an error:

  • Contact us immediately if your order has not shipped.
  • Once an order has shipped, we cannot change the delivery address.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, refused delivery, or an unclaimed shipment, additional shipping charges will apply before it can be resent.


Incorrect Phone Number

Some international carriers require a valid phone number for delivery.

If an incorrect phone number is provided, delivery may fail.

Please contact us as soon as possible if you entered incorrect information and your order has not yet shipped.


Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of:

  • The damaged product
  • The packaging
  • The shipping label (if possible)

We'll work quickly to resolve the issue.

If a package is confirmed lost by the shipping carrier, we'll arrange a replacement whenever possible.


Delivery Issues

If your tracking has not updated or your package hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us.

Common delivery issues include:

  • Incorrect shipping address
  • Incorrect phone number
  • Missed delivery attempts
  • Customs delays
  • Weather or transportation disruptions

We'll do everything we can to help locate your shipment.


Marked Delivered, But Not Received

If a carrier marks your package as delivered but you cannot locate it:

  • Check around your property.
  • Ask household members or neighbors.
  • Contact the shipping carrier directly for delivery details.

Unfortunately, once a package has been confirmed as delivered by the carrier, we cannot guarantee replacement or reimbursement.
