RW is an apparel and lifestyle brand centered around presence, moments, authenticity, and belief. It started as RoofWise—a play on founder Caleb Spence's work as a roofing contractor—and became a much more personal representation of how he lives.
2. Is RW only for people in the trades?
No. The origin came from the trades, but the brand is for anyone who believes their time and choices matter.
3. Are RW products made to order?
Many RW products are produced to order. Construction, fit, materials, care, availability, and any product-specific production details are listed on the individual product page.
4. Where does RW ship?
Available destinations and shipping methods vary by product and delivery address. The options and estimate shown at checkout are authoritative for your order.
5. What is the return window?
Return requests may be submitted within 30 days of delivery. Damaged, defective, incorrect, or lost orders should be reported within 7 days. Returns must be approved before they are shipped. Read the complete Refund Policy before sending anything back.
